One Account Per Player

Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 18 hibajee will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat.
Taka-Denominated Transactions

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 18 hibajee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

Age Verification
18 hibajee applies mandatory age verification to all accounts. During or following registration, you may be required to submit documentation proving your date of birth and identity. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards, valid passports, and other official identity documents issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Until age verification is completed, certain platform features — including withdrawals — may be restricted.
Any account that is found, at any point during its existence, to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits, winnings, and bonuses associated with the account will be forfeited in full. 18 hibajee will not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from the closure of an underage account.
Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of features on the 18 hibajee platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.
Single Account Policy
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the 18 hibajee platform. Creating, operating, or accessing more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If 18 hibajee detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that player will be suspended pending investigation. Following investigation, all accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use your account to act on behalf of a third party. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is your responsibility.
18 hibajee will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purportedly from 18 hibajee requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team via live chat without delay so that the account can be secured and investigated.
Account Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your address, phone number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to withdraw funds or receive important communications from 18 hibajee.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 18 hibajee platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency transactions are supported, and no currency conversion fees are applied by 18 hibajee to any transaction.

Deposits
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 18 hibajee account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being processed by the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on your bank's internal procedures and may take up to one business day. 18 hibajee does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
You may only deposit funds into your own registered 18 hibajee account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, subject to the specific constraints of each payment channel. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 18 hibajee finance team and are typically processed within one to three business days from the time the request is submitted. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand — such as major BPL or IPL tournament windows — or if additional verification is required.
A withdrawal request may be delayed or declined if your account identity verification is incomplete, if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied, or if the requested withdrawal triggers an anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering review. Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

Wagering Requirements

For example, a deposit bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times across qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.

Abuse and Fraud
18 hibajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, promotional exploitation, or any activity designed to circumvent the spirit or the letter of bonus terms. This includes, but is not limited to, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets or game combinations that result in statistically predictable outcomes across a large number of bets, coordinated wagering activity, and any other form of advantage play that exploits promotional terms in a manner not intended by 18 hibajee.
Game Rules and Fair Play

Each provider is responsible for the technical operation of their games and maintains their own certification standards for random number generation and outcome fairness.
Random Number Generation

18 hibajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation. Bets placed on incorrect or mispriced odds — resulting from a manifest error in the odds-setting process — may be voided at 18 hibajee's discretion. Any voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.
Malfunctions and Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, connectivity failure, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome or availability of a game, 18 hibajee will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Where a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — 18 hibajee reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings resulting from a documented technical error are not valid and may be recovered from the player's account balance. In all cases, 18 hibajee's decision on the correct resolution of a technical error is final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 18 hibajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where conduct may constitute a criminal offence — referral to the relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in response to any verification request.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction — including attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion has been applied.
- Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in a manner not available to human players through the standard browser interface.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to conceal the origin of funds, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
- Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform's software to gain an advantage or to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.

- Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
Account Closure and Suspension
Either you or 18 hibajee may initiate the closure of your player account. The procedures and consequences of account closure differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, by 18 hibajee for cause, or as a result of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.
Voluntary Closure by Player
If you wish to close your 18 hibajee account voluntarily, please contact the support team via live chat and submit a closure request. Before your account can be closed, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance — after the deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements — will be made available for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not attract a penalty.
Closure or Suspension by 18 hibajee
18 hibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
- The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
- Suspicious financial activity has been detected on the account.
- The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate transaction.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of the account.
Where an account is suspended or closed by 18 hibajee for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player using the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a period of self-exclusion, the account cannot be used to place bets, play games, or make deposits. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. 18 hibajee will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee consistent with applicable industry practice, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.
